Rode it CCW, still good in that direction aside from a couple brief steep hikes. Some sandy parts, trail can be hard to follow a couple times; keep eyes peeled for path marked by small rocks. Great rocky techie sections, some cliff-like exposure. Rustic, old school feel. Convenient to primitive/rough camping area in the western side of the trail system. Solid adventure

This is a great loop, CW. It's a better ride than Retail Sale, but is more remote and harder both physically and technically. Great loop, highly recommend if you are Intermediate+ and at McCoy.
Themccarthyfarm
This is a really fun trail. Pretty easy but a lot of interesting stuff along the way. The trail winds all around looking for techy little fun features to test your skills. Well worth the time to ride this trail. It is sad that the motor vehicle feel they can ride anywhere.
MountainBird
I found this trail by accident a few years ago (before I knew about trailforks) and it's now my favorite McCoy trail. Riding CW is by far the better experience and the trail is easier to follow that direction. Fun and challenging.
