Starter til venstre for parkeringsplassen, nær gang og sykkelveien, smal sti, med steiner, fortsetter til venstre går litt ned, deretter en nedoverbakke, med noen røtter, og til flatere område, og til høyre bratt nedoverbakke med steinhage med store steiner som stikker opp, nær toppen, ender med en rett til veien som kan være overgrodd om høsten.
å gå opp stien er veldig vanskelig, på grunn av brattheten og steinene, så det anbefales å gå ned, men med noen gode løypeferdigheter kan det være mulig å gjøre det.

Starts off to the left of the parking lot, near the pedestrian and cycle path, narrow single track, with rocks, continues to the left goes slightly down, then a downhill slope, with some roots, and to flatter area, and to the right steep downhill with rock garden with big rocks sticking up, near the top, ends with a straight to the road which can be overgrown in the autumn.
going up the trail is very tricky, due to the steepness and the rocks, so goign down is recommended, but with some great trails skills it might be possible to do it.
Watch out for kids playing.
