Top is a boring, with lots of loose-rock and shallow berms. Lower section in the woods is nice

To be honest, who comes to La Thuile to ride flowy, bike-park boulevards? So "Flow" is the closest thing La Thuile has to ... Pila, as an example, but the interesting bits are its natural trails. "Flow" can be used as a warm up before the more intimidating trails

Worst trail ever, if this can even be called trail. Not even worth a warm up, kills the mood for biking.
