This is the road that leads all the way up to the Heuningberg summit. The surface starts off as paved with rocks, then switches to gravel, and back to paved rocks, up to the water reservoir. After the reservoir it has another section of paved rocks and then a long section of gravel. Before the final big climb, the road changes over to paved bricks and rocks again. On the last 200m before the summit, the surface is badly eroded gravel, with another section of paved rocks. The road has an initial climb of 100m, a level section, and then another 100m climb which is very steep. The road is bi-directional and is suitable for intermediate riders and beginner trail runners and hikers.
