Open between Tower Road and Mullet

Good signage at Tower Rd; there are cross-traffic signs for Mullet, but no indication of which trail is being crossed

Once the North side of Kaiser is open, immediately after crossing Mullet, "Old" Kaiser and the current Kaiser trails both look inviting with no way to know which is the correct trail
