The first half is an access road for the radio towers, the second half is less traveled double track. The upper half can be wet in the spring.
Its not the most pleasant ride you've ever done, but do it for the workout, and to see the Keremeos Columns at the top.
The climb is pretty brutal, with the road being quite loose, long, and exposed in the afternoon sun.
Please be mindful to close the gate near the top when you pass it.

Access Info

Head north on Hwy 3A out of Keremeos. After about 3km, turn right on Liddicoat Rd. The climb up the hill starts about 1km up on the left -- there is a small paved area at the bottom that is good for parking.
