mtb Top section has significant erosion damage leading to washout channels in the trail and holes in the burms.

Lower down take offs and landings have muddy soft spots that make it dangerous.		 Prevalent Mudview

mtb After this arvo's rain the bottom section is slick, but the new top sections is lit with the new berms. I haven't tried the new 'road gap' but maybe some day (yes there is a b-line) Variableview
