Ride/hike up from foster road fsr side and stick to the main fsr until you see the signage, either hike-a-bike up the thin trail to the top or ride/push just past the small sign to the quad trail up the back. I think the quad trail also starts at the end of Crawford hill rd, taking a left at the end and following a slightly mellower graded fsr up past the hang-glider launch then winds up and around the mountain to the top. Take the normal/faint trail down and duck right before you get down to the fsr again and start down the trails & stunts toward the rec-center. After the roller coaster follow the ridge trail/single-track down toward the rec-center road.

(NOTE! Please give way & respect any other trail users, note some of this is on private land so please look after the trail, play safe with adequate equipment. Ridden at your own risk).

Lady Slipper is a challenging climb for those that are hiking, I would say climbing this trail with a bike would be considered extremely difficult, even hike-a-bike. Just my 2 cents. Quad trail will get you to the top, but I don't remember if the top of Lady Slipper is marked. I haven't ridden down as I tend to drop in on the mtb trail a short distance down the road from the Lady Slipper Trail head.

We hope you've been enjoying Trailforks!
