The Lampentrail is tight, natural singletrail with some technical sections and plenty of roots. It snakes along the ridge line and is fairly flat to begin with, requiring some pedaling before it turns steeper and more technical towards the end. There are several optional jumps and gap options which should be inspected before attempted as some of them are quite tricky to get right.
