Trail agréable et facile en descente, un petit dévers délicat au départ, quelques virages serrés puis une longue partie rapide jusqu'à Amplaing. Ce chemin permet la jonction Seignaux - Amplaing et ainsi le retour vers Arignac-Tarascon par le col de Teillet.
Merci d'éviter l'escalier sous le belvedére de Seignaux et préferer le chemin qui contourne (voir trace). Soyez prudents et respectueux vis-à-vis des piétons.
