	Feb 27, 2025 @ 1:36pm Feb 27, 2025	mtb There was a fire line bulldozed from the sunset bench, down the switchbacks, along the ridge and down the firebreak to the turnoff towards Arcadia Wilderness park. The recent rain only made matters worse. Preserve was reopened mid February but in need of significant repair in this section. Switchback section was in very bad shape, and variable along the ridge. As of the Feb 21st there was significant retreading done on the trail to the bottom of the switchbacks. It is 100% rideable.	Very Dry	view
