Bi-directional, but definitely the best way to climb to the ridge. There's a fun rock face alternate line that can be ridden both ways. The main trail is obvious and quite popular. Switchbacks start off easy and increase in difficulty as you go up, but all are a nice radius for bikes Please yield to uphill traffic as always.
