The white blazed main loop is about 5.5 miles long and is the easiest loop on Long Island. After you pass the yellow gate look to the right for a post with a white trail marker, the arrow points to the right so head that way. There is only one slight hill at about halfway point. Follow the white discs, eventually it will bring you back near where you started. There are arrows to help point you in the right direction. You will know you are on the right trail if you see another marker a short way down the trail. If you don't see any markers you are either going the wrong direction or on the wrong trail.
There are by-passes around the big puddles. Look for them along the sides.
Look on the east side of the parking lot and follow the white disc trail markers.
Use trails at your own risk. Hidden hazards may exist.
