Marks drops off the connector saddle at the confluence. Designated as a hiking trail, Marks is narrow and is shrouded in Poison Oak in spring and summer. Though at one time there was a gate that made it possible to reach the trailhead effectively making a loop, the property owner has locked the gate to prevent trespassers from entering. Though the gate is not actually locked, the only way back to the trailhead is to hike-a-bike to Bessie Canyon and access college course back to the park. BE ADVISED!
