mtb Small trees down. One at the beginning of trail and another midway. Technical DH and ascends with very tight switchbacks. More of a hiking trail now after so many years of neglect. Fun little adventure. Wetview

mtb Trail is awesome in terms of terrain it navigates down which includes two rock outcrops with tons of arbutus trees. Definitely a hiking trail and walked 10% with some switchbacks too tight for bikes and unridable uphills. Best view from ocean finish of any trail in Southwest BC IMO. I rode it solo pretty reserved and only a couple spots scetchy. Adventure descent with best views in PR! There is another trail you’ll see half way down which must have been a filmer trail that looks like an option to avoid last rock outcrop and final switchbacks that would be worth trying. If you don’t find this option then you shouldn’t be up there!! Picture attached shows you loamy goodness rock start from near radio towerz Dryview

mtb Awesome old school technical downhill with a couple steep ascents thrown in as well, probably could have ridden them but just didn't have the legs for it. Lots of sidehill and rock rollers and riding cliff edges!!
Trail hasn't been ridden much as far as I can tell, one tree down just after the tower turn off and a few more after you cross the tower road and a little over grown in spots. Definitely one of the best trails I've ridden in some time just needs some TLC. 		Dryview
