Great but challenging early season ride to a lookout (the snow goes early on this side of the valley). Some steep tight switchbacks and punchy climbs. For more of a challenge continue to push/ride your bike to the top of Mt. Cartier, or get a heli drop, and ride back down. Remember you need an All Mountain bike at a minimum to ride the Upper trail.

Watch for and give way to hikers.

trail creep and bench erosion was solved with the bench getting re-established and the trail being widened.
