Very faint path skirting a large sandstone mesa called Nates Point, with some good vies into Nates Canyon. The west half is faint but visible, but the east end, connecting to the Nates Canyon Trail, is almost invisible. Little shade makes this more enjoyable in the winter. Forms a good loop from Box Flat with the connecting trails.
Wilderness area: no mountain bikes or motorized vehicles!
