Pleasant singletrack through the woods. Never too steep.
North half opened July 2014.
South half opened September 2019. Connection to Blue Blossom now easy to do without riding on the highway.
In 2019, the eastern most portion of the old Steam Donkey Trail was decommissioned, and the lowest portion of the 2014 Oljon trail was renamed to Steam Donkey.

The concept of this being a blue is laughable. It’s completely featureless apart from hikers

Flowy, but doesn't have a ton of sustained downhill. I ride this as part of every Skeggs ride, but it's not the highlight.

The upper part to Steam Donkey is fun, fun, fun. My 11 year old son developed his skills riding this to Steam Donkey (upper only) to Gordon Mill up. It's a great ~20 minute loop that isn't too technical but just enough variety to learn skills and have fun. Make some noise on blind turns since this is a well hiked trail. More experienced riders will enjoy taking this trail at speed and mastering the switchbacks.
