Across the street from Sunset Fields Overlook there is a small doubletrack that will take you to a fork. If you go left you're in for a huge ride (Terrapin MT) but if you go right you'll do the Onion Mountain DH which is fun and rocky. Once you get to the bottom there is a waterfall and a gravel road climb back up to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
