mtb You probably don't want to ride here until the development is completed and the trails rerouted.

Several trail bends to the East have been destroyed by development of a music center.
Lots of small fallen trees and detritus along half of the remaining trail but it is rideable. Some sections are fun and flowy but access is difficult.
On this late October day many areas smelled of feces.
This is likely from the harmful algae blooms in the nearby lake.		 Idealview

mtb Not bad, what's left of it. A good bit of this trail has been wiped out due to construction of an amphitheater on the property. What is left is much more rideable than I expected. Variableview
