 Very dry but enough grip going up on the steeper bits. lots of loose dirt/dust so expect it to be a mudslide after rain unless it washes away.

      Grasses including Toitoi overhang's the narrow trail pretty bad. Got covered in seeds and cuts on the upper half.

      the gorse is getting a bit long and in the wet its unrideable as the wet gorse hangs significantly across the path in loads of places

      Be careful on the bridge at the bottom of the trail. There is a bunch of loose wire on the wood (wire was originally tacked to provide traction on the wood but has since rusted and separated) which managed to get tangled in my mates spokes which caused a nasty OTB.
