mtb Most of the trail is in ideal condition. There are a handful of wet patches on the north facing parts of the trail, but they are all only partial trail width, so they can be avoided easily. With rain coming in next week, that's probably going to change quickly to be unusable though. Idealview

mtb Since my last report on July 19th, the washed out lip I mentioned has eroded further and is also extremely sandy. I wasn't even going fast and washed out despite keeping as close to the hill as possible, almost went down the mountain. Section needs a wooden tie and built up to be safe, and prevent further erosion. Very Dryview

mtb Some high speed areas are pretty rutted, areas are washed out to the point that there's drop off with little to no lip and/or vegetation in combination with basically sand/dust. Even slight turns in these spots if not timed or lined up right can result in going off the side of the hill. Very Dryview

mtb The trail is dry. There are a lot of ruts from bikers rolling through mud towards the end of the loop. Dryview

mtb The trail is in good condition. There's a touch of mud in two spots that require you to get off your bike and hike 20 feet. Otherwise Polecat is in great spring condition. Dryview

mtb Very bumpy due to hiker and runners on the trail when it was muddy. It will take bikers several weeks to smooth it out again. Dryview
