This trail starts off on the popular Backbone single track. It quickly wakes you up as you drop into a narrow donga with ancient tree roots that are very intimidating and close. A lot of descend and it ends with a very long and narrow wooden bridge with a 90 degree turn followed with a kicker of a climb around a blind bend...Be sure to be in the right climbing gear when you approach the bridge.
