mtb I read several comments on this trail before I rode it today. I enjoyed riding it but the debate over whether it's a blue or black trail is ridiculous. I ride lots of trails all over Heber Valley and Park City area and comparing this trail to those trails in general, it's a solid black trail. Don't take new or unskilled riders down it or they'll have a miserable time. I would say it's one of the more difficult blacks I've ridden in the area. mtb The trail is dry but in relatively rough shape. Lots of foot (or hoof?) prints and loose, softball-sized rocks. It feels very choppy in sections that used to be fast and smooth.

Hopefully, South Summit Trails will organize another volunteer day to give it some love.		 Idealview

mtb It said it was closed, but we road it anyways. I am not one to follow stupid rules. Condition was good, but watch out for the thistle weeds. Idealview

mtb Lower trails had dried off, upper trails still snowy. Watch out for shaded northern aspects, they are soggy. It'll be snow soon though. Idealview
