Trasa średniozaawansowana powstała na bazie poprzedniej "Niebieskiej Fali" i częściowo pokrywa się z jej przebiegiem.
To zjazdowa ścieżka o długości 2500 metrów, typowy flow trail. Poprowadzona została zakrętami przez las, a jej średnie nachylenie wynosi około 8%. Nawierzchnia jest odpowiednio utwardzona. Ścieżka nie jest zbyt stroma, ale za to bardzo skoczna. Spotkać na niej możemy duże bandy, muldy oraz sporo różnych typów skoczni takich jak: step down, step up, stolik, shark fin, bandy, muldy. Przeszkody są bezpieczne dla mniej zaawansowanych – brak dziur między wybiciem a lądowaniem
Dzięki zróżnicowanym rozmiarom (4-8m.), każda osoba lubiąca skakać na rowerze będzie się tu świetnie bawić. Osoby mniej doświadczone wszystkie elementy mogą bez problemu przejechać. Trasie różnorodności dodają drewniane mostki zabezpieczone metalową siatką oraz leśny odcinek z korzeniami i kamieniami (200m). Większe przeszkody posiadają objazd.

Ścieżka jest rekomendowana średnio zaawansowanym kolarzom górskim, posiadającym umiejętności pewnego skręcania, hamowania, pokonywania muld oraz band i podstaw skakania na rowerze górskim. Niezależnie od wieku, ważne aby rowerzysta posiadał sprawny górski rower z dwoma hamulcami i amortyzatorem (a najlepiej dwoma, wtedy jazda sprawi większą radość). Obowiązkowym wyposażeniem jest kask, zalecane są ochraniacze na łokcie i kolana. Zabrania się zjeżdżania z dzieckiem w foteliku.
