Root 66 (North) is part of a 3.1km trail loop that is west of Willmore park and on Crown land. Trail heads for the north and south enter at the west end of Overflow and River trails. Root 66 has a classic old-school singletrack feel. This south section features great views of the Mcleod river. The tread is narrower, has tighter corners, most of the roots have been kept intact, and is generally more technically difficult.

 reporter Trail is clear. The small optional black section still has trees down. But the main trail is good to go.
