mtb OSU has closed lower mulligan, for a prescribed clearcut based on a pseudoscience rationale posted on the closure map (its all about $$$ and destroying trails, clear cuts are not sustainable forestry by any stretch of the imagination and are certainly not "research").

The only way to get out from the bottom trails is to climb up lower knickers (the closure sign is right next to the "no exit from the golf course sign). There is no designated climbing trail out

OSU apparently has "encouraged" golf course and nearby land owners to document mountain bikers on their property. So please don't give them what they want! My interpretation is that they are looking for any reason to revoke the NWTA lease		 Variableview

mtb Unfun greasy mud ruts at the top and bottom that will need work, but running just about perfect in the middle. Two trees down after the last road crossings. Unfortunately getting out of there via Mulligan is a mess. Probably best to skip it unless there’s been a week of dry. Variableview

mtb bottom section where trails converge before bobs and lower mulligan are very muddy and rutted. It looks like some people have been riding up the re-opened fire-road (woodward/osu cut in) before the final creek crossing Prevalent Mudview

mtb at the bottom of the trail before a small creek crossing (where Sad birthday and pillow talk also converge prior to connecting to bobs) E-bikers have rutted the trail 18-36inches deep by trying to climb up this section. The dirt is extremely slippery here and the rut will pull your tires in (fork lowers and rear-derailleur will be dragging through). Trail will likely need extensive reworking. Prevalent Mudview
