Parts of a trail are super exposed and dangerous in wet. Middle section has ladders and cords which must be passed on foot. You can push a bike or attach it to the backpack. Overall, if it's dry and you are ok to carry your bike on a ladder and fond of tight switchbacks it might be fun doing, but I wouldn't go there again.

      I have done this trail by foot. Note that the altitude profile on the Overview is wrong. It's down hill all the way.
