This is a blatant disregard for the hard work the ONE person is doing on this trail. It's not very motivating for me to continue to work on this when there is a lack of respect coming from people using the trail. This is not only disrespectful but unsafe, as the condition this is right now is pretty much not rideable. I am not going to be adding any more alternate lines. I'll just put dirt on what's already here, atleast then it won't get destroyed. Jul 4, 2024 @ 7:45pm Jul 4, 2024 | mtb I changed the roller before the first jump line to be more like a roller, less like a small tabletop and made it bigger. This helps a lot with gaining speed for the first jump. There has also been a small roller added before the first jump and the rock which was kind of sketchy has been made into a takeoff so you can gap into the roller. The goal being no pedal cranks required to clear the first jump. I do plan on building up the landing a bit more on the first jump and bringing the knuckle back a bit to make it even easier to clear without pedaling. There is also this new loam corner jump thing after the first jump line but it needs more dirt. | Variable | view | |
Jul 3, 2024 @ 7:55pm Jul 3, 2024 | mtb Finished up the alternate line at the beginning with the step up. It needs time to set, some rain preferably but I'm planning on bringing water to get it nice and packed if it doesn't rain soon. Please do not remove the tree blocking this line as it is very fresh and I need to make sure it works before people ride it. I also fixed up the regular line so that it is much easier to carry speed, since the new line isn't ready this is a nice consolation. I do plan on berming out this section more as well to help aid in carrying speed for the jumps. | Unknown | view |
