One hell of a loop. Not for the faint of heart. Long XC loop on steroids

Fun trail to test your tech pitches both down and up. Not ridden very often and it shows, grown in a little bit still easy enough to find the route.

A masterful and challenging trail - outstanding condition, props to the builder and maintainer who keep it tight.

I have just moved to town and have ridden Silver Buck counterclockwise twice. The second time was with a buddy coming through town who had just spent 8 days in Moab. His comment was - "why did I bother going to Moab?".

A G-SPOT climb with this trail and 6 Stiches is a masterful all mountain loop.

      - The trail is marked very well
      - There are green to blue outs for the harder features (also on 6 stiches). You will not suddenly be in trouble. There will be warning.
      - This is a tech riders delight - sharp bedrock ups/downs that will test your climbing limits - if flow and soft pedaling ups are your thing - go elsewhere

My comments are based on ridding this with a 140/135 travel 29er which seemed perfect on a chubby middle aged platform that regardless of what my wife says can still conjure that good old up power.

      Chapeau to the trail builder!!!

Amazing trail... super creative and challenging... Will test your dropper post prowess and your pedal placement proprioception!
