This trail is a narrow, sporty singletrack in the Hollenbeck Canyon recreation area. It can be ridden in either direction and may be the preferred route for ascending the upper regions of the canyon area, but it's great going down. Some sections are washed out, tricky and off-camber so an experienced hand on the bars is recommended.

Access Info

A CDFW Lands Pass must be in possession by each visitor who is 16 years of age or older, however, visitors who are in possession of a valid California hunting or fishing license in their name are exempt from this requirement. Lands passes may be purchased on-line, by phone at (800) 565-1458, or in-person at locations wherever hunting and fishing licenses are sold.

      As already said, still not worth the ride out. This downhill and the singletrack climb to access (Honey Springs Ranch Truck Trail) are both too overgrown to build any momentum and flow. Forearms and shins will take a toll, which is a waste because the route has potential.

      Not worth the ride out. This trail is super overgrown and has little to no technical features. If cleaned up, I could see it being fun and flowy, but imo it’s long ride for very little payoff.
