For a long time this trail was both a climb and descend trail. Since the Armstrong Trail (Uphill Only) was built, this trail has been commonly referred to as a DH only trail. Berms have been put in and it has it's fair share of washboard ruts before the turns now. While it is fast down, you still have the occasional hiker and rider coming up, so be watchful
