It begins with a short sprint through heather moorland. On arriving at the tree line you pass through a gap in the wall and there is a sharp left and a short climb before the descending begins again, this time through pine needle covered trail with rooty sections. The trail is not well defined in some sections but it's not hard to pick up the trail again if you miss a turn.

This trail is unsanctioned.
