mtb Switchyard is muddy and slippery on the second last berm about two thirds on the way down. The dirt is clay. Parkrun, Homerun and the two blue jump runs are not too bad. Prevalent Mudview

mtb Some mud at the bottom of Sweet Spot. A lot of construction going on around Park Run, Switchyard, Swampfrog. Otherwise mid and lower section reasonably good. Unknownview
