The C trail is an awesome descent. It heads from Cedar City's big "C" on the mountain, down to the valley floor. You'll drop +/- 2200 feet. It is best ridden as a shuttle, but if you want to hike-a-bike you can walk/ride up then turn around for a great descent. Most of the corners have berms, which is rare for a multi-use trail. There are plenty of hikers on most days so be ready to stop occasionally.

Definitely a decent but a very rocky one. A good way to beat up your bike (and you). Its too rocky and has too many turns to just fly down.

A guy at the bike shop said the trail was all clear. The trail is NOT all clear! Lots of snow for the first half increase difficulty. Probably just skip it until spring.

I like this trail but as noted above it was chattery and had lots of loose rock. I also encountered 4 groups of people hiking up the trail. I had fun for sure but was wary of my speed due to the above factors.
