This short trail runs along an old irrigation ditch which is cut into the side of the hill with a large rock formation on top known as Castle Rock. It is mostly a contour trail leading from the West side of town over to Riverview Cemetery. This trail allows you to connect some trails on the West side of town with a trail near the cemetery without having to go through the middle of town or up so many hills. The athletic field near it is now defunct and as you traverse the ditch you will have a good view of the city. Be careful on the edge of the ditch in high winds due to the exposure. Lastly don't be surprised to see folks dog walking or kids playing in this area.

This trail is unsanctioned.
