Optimo
If you are planning on coming down this way.... don’t... if you keep on down the hill you will find a beautiful mown path that will take you to the road. Avoid this route.

Also did this as a climb after doing Resist. Looked at TF, saw it was a blue, and thought "how bad can it be?". Turns out bad. Really bad. Like would prefer to have my fingernails pulled off with a set of pliers bad. Worst trail ever. 1.1 km felt like 11 km. Do not do unless you are packing a machete and/or a chainsaw.
Overgrown, path disappears, huge bike-eating pits full of spikes and snakes (that last one might have been an exaggeration, but not by much). If for some reason you get here from Resist, turn around, and walk back up, guaranteed it's faster and more fun. Plus, then you can look at the views you missed when you were shredding the gnar on the way down.

Horrible climb after doing resist. Overgrown heather clogged my derailleur and pulled my chain off. Had to push up a lot of it. Never again!
