Staring from the parapente/paragliding take-off point on The Second Maria (yes, this is the name of the mountain) you start over a field before finding the beautiful and easy single trail that takes you the first bit. PLEASE NOTE to not drop down the trail to the right, this is the proper downhill trail down to Avià and quite a lot more difficult.
The singletrack comes out on a rocky gravel road that you follow for a couple of hundred meters before taking a sharp left down onto the great single track that takes you on the inside() of a waterfall. Then more beautiful trails before you end up by a house just above Avià.
