Alpine tech trail on natural ground with roots, rocks, graveled stones and also few quite challenging switch-backs. In the last section there are also a few rideable steps. The first few metres are quite blocked with bigger rocks – it is a little bit challenging. In general it is an alpine trail, but no dangerous or exposed sections and no risk of falling.

You must be able to ride safely (true) S3 to ride this trail (upper section S3-S4, lower section S2-S3). Otherwise you definitely will not have fun on this trail.

Trail starts at "Bergwacht Diensthütte Törlschneid" (it is a small uncultivated alpine hut/refuge if you get in troubles with weather) and ends at "Mitterkaseralm" (another uncultivated alpine hut/refuge).

Keep in mind that hikers use this way too.
Hikers have priority. Be nice, friendy and respectful. Ride with care.

You can also hike up to "Törlkopf", but please note, that the path to the top of "Törlkopf" is really hard and a mixture of blocked, rideable and unrideable sections (S4-S5).

Access Info

No uphill-road, no uphill pedalling. You have to use one of the hiking paths and must carry/hike your bike to the top.

Disclaimer

Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Be friendly to hikers. Ride at your own risk.
