Following the less dramatic (but no less scenic) upper part of Swedetown Creek, Upper Creekside follows Swedetown Creek for an additional half mile upstream beyond the gorge before making its way back towards the rest of the Maasto Hiihto trails.

The trail also features a few fun, intermediate-rated hills between the creek and the intersection with the Meadow and Long Bridge trails

Hiking is not permitted on this trail during ski season. Walking on a groomed trail without skis or snowshoes damages the snow surface and creates hazards for other users
