Название трейла обусловлено очень необычным участком, где прямо на скальном выступе растёт огромный дуб и когда едешь вниз по трейлу кажется, что за деревом нет продолжения. Трейл очень динамичный и рельефный, хоть и достаточно короткий. Финиширует тропа у ручья в Соленой балке откуда до Дубравы ведет семи километровый перегон с набором высоты около 150 м. Вернуться из Южной зоны можно либо используя перегон, либо спуститься с Красного перевала по грунтовой дороге.
