      WOULD NOT RIDE THIS TRAIL

      Spent a good 20 minutes climbing to the top only to find myself bush-whacking the whole way down. Every feature is completely overgrown and not very approachable without lots of experience. Even in dry conditions I would suggest another trail such as “The Great Escape” or “Naturalist.” Wingnut definitely has potential but is in desperate need of maintenance and TLC.

      Attempted to ride wingnut today. Brambles have taken over the flowier areas of the trail. The rocky areas seemed quite blown out. The lower section of the trail was virtually unrideable because of large loose rocks. Almost looks like very heavy rains washed this area out. I would not recommend riding until some maintenance has been carried out.
