This accesses the best trail in Green Valley. The trail starts with a short grind up an old ATV track to give you some altitude, and then you quickly start climbing up a combination of sandstone, packed dirt and smooth black rock sections. The trail drops you down stone steps and provides a few different riding options at various places.

There are other great places to ride in Saint George, but the Zen trail is fun, challenging, with really unique rock ledges, drops and transitions. Being close to town makes it an easy choice when in town to ride. Typically great riding conditions all year round, make this the go to trail during the winter as well.
