The goal of TRAILS UTAH is to enhance the quality of life for Utah’s citizens, invigorate local economies, and promote sustainable outdoor recreation for both residents and visitors to the state. We seek to connect people and communities to Utah’s spectacular landscapes using progressive trail design and environmentally sensitive trail construction techniques. TRAILS UTAH works to forge the partnerships and create a shared sense of stewardship among residents, government, land managers, and trail user groups that together, can plan, build, and care for our trails into the future. We are committed to communicating the many ways trails help create healthy, vibrant communities and seek to educate trail users about the best practices for ensuring a safe, courteous, and pleasurable trail experiences for all. In sum, we are here to advocate for, and promote trails, throughout Utah.
