this place is great super knowledgeable staff that knows everything from roll Resistance to the runs in red bull rampage. they are super friendly and the quickest techs i know i dropped off a bike in a box went to one class and Andy had already built it, unbelievable!! wouldn't go anywhere else.
There are some good folks and solid mechanics who work here and I haven't had any downright negative experiences with any of them. Some of their staff are not as knowledgeable as I would hope for and can come off as a bit "bro-ish". Just my 2c
