unknowledgeable sales staff and rude owners. this is the Walmart of bike shops, and not in a good way
Ignore the older sales staff, and talk to the mechanics if you want a bike. They all know their stuff, and nearly all of them are mtn bikers with extensive riding experience.
They do have a very good parts selection of little things here and there, and can quickly get any parts you need,
