My family has bought all of our bikes from here and the service is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about everything related to biking. I have taken my bike in for service multiple times and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. This is the best bike store in the Cowichan Valley!
I live in Ontario but was passing through Duncan in January. I stopped in to check out the store. I agree with the other comments, the staff are really friendly and even though they knew I wasn't purchasing anything were happy to answer any questions. They took the time to tell me about the riding in the area, and told me to come back in the summer when the riding is dryer. Great service staff . I will be back in the fall and will visit again.. I forgot to ask does anyone know if they have a rental system.
