You WILL get ripped off here. Go to Mikes bike instead they're way friendlier and much more helpful. Tim(Owner) underpays his employees as well.
agreed, this shop tried making me pay $30 each to get a set of avid elixirs warrantied even though shops are supposed to do it for free.
