 I ordered a saddle, a pretty standard piece of equipment that was classed as being in stock. Nothing received for 2 weeks so I contacted them, in which they told me that the saddle had been delivered by the courier and a delivery note had been put through my door for me to collect at the depot. They apparently hadn’t tried to leave it with a neighbour which would normally be the case. Anyway I never got the delivery note and the saddle went back to Triton Cycles (apparently). They never contacted me to inform me of this and when I spoke to them I was guaranteed that one would go out on Monday which meant I should receive it Tuesday. Nothing arrives so on Wednesday I contact then again, firstly they fob me off with “I need to just check the consignment number and we’ll get back to you” Never rang back so I phone them in the afternoon asking them for the number so I could check on the couriers website, in which after a long hold on the phone I’m told that the warehouse has one which will be sent out today. I quickly told them that they have done nothing but lie and try to deceive me and asked for my money back. Never use them again and my advice would be for you to do the same.

 Made an order of two packs of spokes (also a standard order, nothing major) have tried to contact Triton and have sent them an email in which has still not been responded to after 4 days. I have been waiting for the spokes for over two weeks now, will not be using this bike shop again.

 What a fantastic experience. I found a bike I liked on their website, and emailed to ask about the possibility for them to build it and then for me to collect. This was handled brilliantly by their staff, Chris, Cara and Tony, who built the bike and organized the next-day collection (which was free of charge). They also sent me the size guide to ensure it was right for me. On collection the bike was presented beautifully and they explained the key features - even helping me select cost-effective additional items. Two days after my purchase, I received an email to thank me for my business and to make sure that I was happy with the bike. Communication, price, quality and service were all perfect; I couldn't be happier and would whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you!
