By far my favorite bike shop in town. One of the few Missoula shops that actually has DH bikes on the floor. They have every type of bike for every type of rider. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have even shipped parts to me when I have been out of town. I've bought small parts/tools there, I've had forks serviced, I've had wheels built. They do it all, and they do it right.

Great shop! Very professional. Lost of variety. Affordable pricing. The owner and all the guys working there have been in the industry for most of their lives... They know bikes and not just the ones that they carry. They have a noticeable passion for bikes that is evident in the service they provide. I would strongly recommend MBS for all new purchases, service work and especially custom bike builds.

Great shop with a very friendly staff. I stop in for a purchase maybe once a month if not less and they seem to remember me each time. I'm not loaded with money and the current bike brand I own isn't even one they carry but they have no problem taking care of any repairs I have. They've installed a new fork with excellent craftsmanship and complete knowledge of the brands. This is my go to shop in Missoula.

This is a great shop for Missoula. I have bought 4 bikes and numerous parts and tools from these guys. Their prices are good and the staff is great.

I'm not really sure WHAT bike shop these folks are raving about, but it sure isn't the shop I drove 3 hrs one way to visit today. First off, according to their website, they carry LOADS of helmets, NOT THE CASE. According to their website, they carry the full line of sks mountain bike fenders, AGAIN NOT THE CASE. In fact, IF you look at their website, of ALL THE PRODUCTS they supposedly carry, you would expect to see a bike shop the size of walmart. Instead what you will find is a SMALL hole in the wall shop, devoid of the massive stock their website falsely claims they have.

As I entered the store, I stood looking at a handful of helmets and waited nearly 15 minutes before another customer acknowledged my presence. It was another 10 minutes before someone from that store even said hello. When I inquired about their supposed massive inventory, via the website, the song and dance was well we can order it. Well no sht, I can easily do that too online. In addition, they are NOT set up to do e-commerce, as their website leads you to believe. In the end, I left this store disgusted, and a complete waste of 6 1/2 hours of round trip travel time and a tank of gas. IF you desire a bike shop claiming they carry such and such a product, call them first and be prepared for the we dont exactly have that when you walk in the door. This shop in my first, only, and last visit in my unbiased opinion was bait and switch frauds. In the future, my shopping for ANY cycling needs will NOT include this store.

The website is there for a presence as well as a tool for people to see how many items the shop can order or have on hand. I remember this customer. We always let people look for a minute than say Hello. The whole time the gentleman was in the store was only 10min. I remember him because he said he only drove over here for a helmet and fenders. My comment to him was, a simple call first would have answered most of his questions. I showed him several helmets and fenders, he barely gave me any info on what he was really looking for. I guess it comes down to you cant please everyone, and since he drove all the way here, his local shop cant help him either. Keep hating, while the rest of us enjoy a good bike ride, I suggest you do the same!!
